We can assist you with planning and designing your project, by listening to your ideas and assembling these in to a formalized concept,  this concept can then if required be drawn up in our planning software, which will produce sets of drawings suitable for local authority planning applications.

We are able to submit plans to local authorities on your behalf, and once passed then submit technically detailed drawings for building regulations, within this we can also provide any requirements for structural steel work calculations.

We are able to assist you with internal and external structural alterations, design and calculation, and implement the works under building control regulation, by also providing any necessary certificates  for electrical, gas and final inspection.
