Below are pictures of two of our typical full renovations for rental. The works included a remodel of the first floor to create three bedrooms instead of two, which will increase rental income.

New bathrooms and kitchens were fitted, full rewire and consumer units, new heating systems, complete re-plaster, decoration and new carpets. We also made over the gardens to provide an attractive low maintenance finish.
